PalTurn Pallet-inverter FL 2000-15

PalTurn Pallet-inverter FL 2000-15 is a stationary pallet turner machine that runs to floor-level and is used to change pallets or for removing paper spacer or freezer spacer.

The pallet is fed into the machine using a pallet truck or pallet jack, as the machine runs to floor-level.

The machine can either rotate 90-degrees or 180-degrees depending on your needs. To remove paper spacer or freezer spacer, the machine is rotated from 0 to 90-degrees, pressure from the platforms is alleviated to allow for removal of spacers.

Changing pallets, eithger because of a defect pallet or swapping it to a plastic pallet, the new pallet is placed on top of the product, the platforms press down on the product, rotate 180-degrees, and the product is now standing on its new pallet. This does require manual pallet lifting, to place the new pallet on top – to avoid manual lifts a different type of pallet-inverter is recommended.

The pallet turner can be delivered with a variety of extra equipment and surface treatments.
